The appartment was great, size was perfect for two. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom perfect. We haven't personnaly met the owners, but they were very helpful. We could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and as well at check-out before taking the train. We would definitely stay there again next time in Lugano. Thank you

On our way to the Netherlands, we stopped at this beautiful alpine chalet. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming, and the apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Surrounded by nature, yet easy to reach, just minutes from the highway exit. We'll be back! :)

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation had a cozy, rustic feel that made it truly special. We loved the peaceful countryside atmosphere and the thoughtful food bank available for guests — such a nice and caring touch. The mountain views were absolutely stunning. Every window seemed to frame a postcard-worthy scene, and we couldn't get enough of the ever-changing light over the peaks. The area is perfect for hiking lovers – there are beautiful, scenic trails all around, with fresh air and unforgettable nature. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. Thank you for such a warm and memorable experience!

Apresentando um bar e vistas da montanha, The Window situa-se em Bellinzona, a 22 km de Piazza Grande Locarno. Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

IMPERIAL of LUGANO 3 with a lake view behind the station and 10 min from the lake of Lugano encontra-se em Lugano, apenas a 9 minutos a pé de Estação Ferroviária de Lugano, e apresenta acomodações com... A vista é maravilhosa, Lugano é maravilhosa. A proximidade da estação e do centro histórico permite facilidade para tudo o que se precisa (compras e passeios). O apartamento é muito espaçoso e confortável (excelente isolamento térmico e acústico) Muito bem equipado. Tudo no apartamento é novo e funciona muito bem. Para o check in a anfitriã enviou vídeos muito explicativos e conversou conosco por ligação de whatsapp para orientar sobre tudo. Recomendo fortemente esta acomodação.
