We liked this comfortable, roomy, and clean hotel. The kitchenette was a plus and I was glad that I had made reservations that included the kitchenette. Again, this is another hotel where check-in is done via the Internet and/or App. This app was easy to download and it worked well. We had a problem with the WiFi in our room that couldn't be fixed quickly so they moved us into a different one down the hall.

We loved Marcela! She is so sweet and helpful. We were starving when we arrived but restaurants were mostly closed, so she ordered pizza delivery for us. It was such a kind thing to do and was definitely beyond our expectations. Thank you Marcela!

The location was amazing. Right on the creek, quiet, 1 minute walk to the lake to swim. We really didn't interact with staff much so can't comment on that.

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is cozy, comfortable and well appointed and the view is astounding. We not only loved the accommodations, but the host as well.
