The staff was extremely helpful and patient - they helped me with the packages I ordered before my trip. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff cleaned it everyday, replaced towels and bedsheets and gave me water bottles. The pool had a great view and was not crowded at all. Location was also perfect, though it was a 15min walk for the metro station which I used only once anyway. Overall, everything was great and Id highly recommend this place if you want to have a peaceful visit without having to worry about your stay!

She helped us when we ran out of money on our WeChat account, she didn't hesitate to send us some money on wechat and waited till the next day so we could find a money exchange centre and pay her. The location was perfectly accessible to all the spots. Hack: use the didi app for taxi, it's cheap and convenient.

Das Ascott Raffles City Beijing liegt inmitten zahlreicher Geschäfte, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Great amenities, especially for kids. Pool is a little cold for children but there is a games room, toddler play room and lots for them to do if the weather outside isn't great. For adults there is a decent workout room as well. I love that they offer suites so that a family can stay together while traveling with a common space and then each having their own room and bathroom.

She contacted us before we arrived in Beijing, provided us with all the necessary information, and sent us the location. Upon our arrival at the airport, she followed up with us from the moment we left until we reached our accommodation. She greeted us warmly and offered us water, fruit, and flowers. She was incredibly helpful, available the entire time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Check-in to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment is clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service, and its location is excellent, close to all amenities and easily accessible to essential services such as shopping centers and restaurants. We absolutely loved this stay! Jennie and her partner were very sweet and extremely helpful with everything, super responsive all the time! The cat is AMAZING - wish we could have taken it with us!! They let us use the washing machine too, which was so useful for us as full time travelers. The location is very close to metro and shops too. We definitely recommend this place!

Oakwood Residence Damei Beijing is an elegant serviced residence offering its own, contemporary-style serviced studios and apartments. Did not have the breakfast from the hotel.

Excellent little apartment, perfect for a week’s stay. It was convenient being able to wash our clothes during the week, plus the apartment is very spacious. Location is great for T. Square and forbidden city (Dongsi station is the closest and easy to get around). I will stay here again when we come back to Beijing.
