Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and big,the beds are very comfortable, the view was lovely, the Breakfast was very good and plenty enough variations to chose from. The location was very near the subway and the Reception was very good. I liked everything and can gladly recomend it.

We stayed at Rate Tonight Homestay West Nanjing Road Branch Shanghai from December 1 to December 6, and honestly, we were really happy with the whole experience. From day one, the staff made everything easy for us. Every time we had a question, they replied fast and clearly, which helped a lot since it was our first time in Shanghai. We felt looked after the entire stay, and it took away all the stress that usually comes with traveling. What we appreciated most was how smooth everything went. No issues whatsoever—check-in was easy, the room was ready, and all our inquiries got answered quickly. It’s rare to stay somewhere and not have even a small problem, but this place managed it. We felt taken care of and heard every time we reached out. The location is also a big plus. Being right around West Nanjing Road made it so convenient to walk to malls, restaurants, and the metro. Even though it’s a busy area, we didn’t have trouble resting at night. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable five-night stay. The bed was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the space felt safe. Communicating with the host was also easy. They were friendly, quick to respond, and gave helpful information about the area and the check-in process. Little things like that really matter when you’re in a new city. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. No complaints at all. It’s the kind of place we’d recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future.

The location was great! We used taxis during our stay but the subway station was across from the building. The space was lovely. It was so spacious for 6 of us. A cleaning lady came to clean and take out bins during our stay. The property was quiet as well. The host was excellent!! She helped us arranging airport pick up and drop off, ordering delivery food and groceries etc! I was really touched. Highly recommended!

We travelled as a family with 2 kids, the apartment was more than enough for us, the location was great, metro station in the next building. There is a small mall, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, starbuks and KFC, overall great for us.

The Manager Ben did his best to make sure our early check-in request can be fulfilled. He and his team made us feel we were staying at home. The location is so central and it was easy to go everywhere. Loved our 2-bedroom apartment with balcony. All facilities are very fine. Even the scent smells so nice! It was such a bless to find this place to stay for our unforgettable 4 nights in Shanghai. They have a rooftop bar as well so it was easy to catch up with friends.
