Comfortable bed, excellent and clean bathroom and a huge walk in closet! Plus the outdoor seating area was nice, shady (from trees) and private.

We did have a car making it a 5 min drive to Kouty or other ski resorts. But there is also a train station 5 minutes walk from the property in car you are there without your own transport. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, this place is just amazing. I've stayed in Czech for 7-8 days and this is the best apartment where i stopped out of 3 so far. The host was really interested in giving the keys as soon as possible. And he even told me that the apartment was going to be cleaned and ready sooner than the check-in time. Though due to some road work I arrived slightly later, but I did let him know, and nonetheless he was there to meet me! So absolutely no waiting time for me. The host managed to explain all of the details in the best way (even if he says he doesn't really speak English well, don't trust him 😄 You can understand him) The apartment was modern, super clean, and super comfortable. 2 different but also comfortable pillows. 3 towels + a special bath mat. TV worked perfectly, I used it to watch YouTube for a bit. The internet is fast. I didn't have a chance to cook something there, was out for the most time, but the kitchen had all the utensils needed, even a microwave. Also the location of the apartment is near to the tram station, and also there is a Penny grocery store super close, which is also comfortable. In the end I can just say, that this was the best stay I had so far. I'll keep this place in mind, if I decide to visit the Czech Republic and Olomouc again, which i might, since there is still a lot to explore. Thank you once again for this beautiful place!

Everything was perfect! Great value for the price, so much better than a hotel in the city. A very nice and clean apartment, with a full kitchen and a balcony. The owner was there at the negotiated time to hand me my keys and that was it. It's only two tram stops away from a very beautiful city center. And close to a supermarket.

We stay at this beautiful apartment for two nights and honestly I was impressed with the entire place. Not very often the real place is better than the photos but this was one occasion in which I can say photos don’t make justice. Everything was clean, spacious, cozy and modern I even appreciated the decoration which normally doesn’t mean much to me. The breakfast in the room was another thing that amazed me, it’s a must! Our host was very friendly and charismatic, he took us personally through the room and facilities and even had a small welcome gift for us which was totally unexpected but added so much value to the experience. He also arranged for us a breakfast menu in English because the one in the room was only in Czech.
