Great and friendly staff, always helpful, answering every question. The apartment was big, had everything we needed - equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waterkettle, milk, coffee and tea, water in the fridge. Toiletries, hair blower, umbrellas,... Very clean, enough towels for everyone. The location is great - 5 min walk to U-bahn, 20 min walk to city center. Great for stay with kids!

Occupying the first 3 floors of a modern building, HighPark Berlin am Potsdamer Platz offers high-end suites, studios and apartments with free WiFi and additional services. All units feature ergonomic furniture, comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, a small fully equipped kitchen as well as free toiletries. Most units also have a balcony. My wife and I stayed 3 days in this hotel, and frankly we enjoyed our stay. First, the staff were very helpful and professional. My check in was fast, and we were able to check-in early smoothly and without extra charge. The room was up to our expectations, We enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a wonderful view on the sunset. We could not dream of a better location, as the hotel was a few minutes from a metro line and many restaurants, cafes, shopping centers are at short walking distance. Many attractions can be visited by walking as well. This is a hotel we recommend strongly.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and generous, making me feel truly at home. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and always willing to help with anything I needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything required for a pleasant stay.
