Occupying the first 3 floors of a modern building, HighPark Berlin am Potsdamer Platz offers high-end suites, studios and apartments with free WiFi and additional services. All units feature ergonomic furniture, comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, a small fully equipped kitchen as well as free toiletries. Most units also have a balcony. Very clean and nice hotel, rooms have everything needed. Quiet at night, also very close to subway.

Each one offers a loggia (covered balcony) or a terrace with views of greenery and the vibrant city centre. The accommodation is very nice, exactly like shown in the pictures. The apartment has everything you need (including for my 2 year old baby), is very clean, and located very close to city centre. The tram station is exactly in front of the building’s entrance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, it really confirmed the good vibe of the place. I would highly recommend this accommodation for any stay in Berlin.

At the apartment complex, the units have bed linen and towels. Súper clean and right like in the pictures. Walls are sound proofing. Fully equipped kitchen. Keep in mind there is no elevator. Lots of free parking in the area.

Cosy Room in Our Apartment is situated in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district of Berlin, 11 km from Kurfürstendamm, 11 km from Checkpoint Charlie and 12 km from Potsdamer Platz. It is located 11 km from Topography of Terror and offers a shared kitchen. Parking on-site is available and the homestay also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The hosts were very very friendly and the apartment was nice and clean. We had no complaints.

Set within 2.3 km of Messe Berlin and 2.8 km of Kurfürstendamm in Berlin, Carlotta Apartments offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The apartment has family rooms. Fantastic apartment in the best location. As a lone woman it was great to have three levels of security access to the room (street access, hallway and room). It added a level of safety that is welcome when I’m travelling especially in an unfamiliar neighbourhood (FYI Charlottenburg is a great area to stay in). They were incredibly understanding about my early arrival which I appreciated after having travelled 27 hours from New Zealand. I was attending Fruit Logistica which was only two stops away on the U Bahn and the station is an easy three-minute walk from the apartment. There are also supermarkets and other food outlets within walking distance. I stayed in a studio apartment on the 2nd floor which was light, clean, beautifully appointed with everything I needed for the week (and those great cleverly designed German windows). It’s probably one of the nicest studio apartments I’ve ever stayed in, and the soundproofing is great. Very little external noise. More importantly, there was direct access to a washing machine and dryer just outside the door which was fantastic and the main reason I booked the apartment since I was travelling for a few weeks (note all the buttons are in German but Google translate helped out there). I could easily wash my clothes and didn’t have to pay the astronomical rates of hotels or need to haul my laundry to somewhere else. The only thing I needed to bring was my own laundry soap which I had planned for. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is the main reason I choose to stay in various locations and this was a great positive. I’d definitely stay there again.
