Omistajat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja erittäin hyvin varusteltu, kaapissa kahvit ja teet valmiina. Ikkunoista näkyi lumihuippuinen Zugspize.Mskuuhuoneet olivat todella tilavia. Sijainti oli loistava esim. Zugspizella ja Neunschwansteinin linnassa vierailuun. Myös paljon muuta näkemistä.
