Not only did they send me a message when the room was ready (before check-in time) and brought them up. Another person at the apartment even called the airline to solve a problem with our flight. The apartment is very well equipt with some thoughtful touches like a washer-dryer and detergent. Very clean, warm, and comfortable. The location is just perfect, right next to Metro and close to the meat packing area with great restaurants and bars. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back!

Nice big space. Just a little ways out -- bus 68 was our friend. We got the Copenhagen card, so no worries about tickets for metro or bus. One day the elevator was not working, and six floors is a bit much at the end of a day of walking, but they had it fixed the next day. I would highly recommend this apartment!

After you have everything else you would expect: super fruendly staff, all clean and comfortable, everything working, indirect light in the room, very nice setup, great breakfast, facilities... all met and exceeded..
