The room was the best I've experienced outside a very few cases of 5 stars hotels. Room planning was genius, it has a ton of small useful well thought nuances, fantastic design, clean, reasonably new(ish). Healthy and tasty breakfast. Helpful and friendly personnel. I stayed for 4 nights, and I was warned that they don't do room service with this term, unless specifically requested, so if you hate what you things are moved a little every day in your average hotel during dust cleaning, Zoku has you covered. Supermarket and metro a nearby, so location is quite good even if it's not a city center.

Unlike other rental apartments, there is a real reception with a person. She was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and left our suitcases at the reception. Not only did they send me a message when the room was ready (before check-in time) and brought them up. Another person at the apartment even called the airline to solve a problem with our flight. The apartment is very well equipt with some thoughtful touches like a washer-dryer and detergent. Very clean, warm, and comfortable. The location is just perfect, right next to Metro and close to the meat packing area with great restaurants and bars. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back!
