The AC works pretty well, so you are never feeling the extreme heat, especially at night. They offer a tour to Cayo Arena which I recommend because it is for your group only, making it a private experience. Overall, our whole group was more than satisfied with Robert and his team's service during our stay.

Best Ever!!!!! Everything was perfect. So much so… we extended the stay ! Staff, security, maids etc were unbelievably helpful and friendly….high end accommodation at its finest!!! Helpful that reception spoke multiple languages including German , French English, Spanish

Before anything the service is wonderful , the place was a real gateway ,super clean , the restaurant served great food would love to come again diffently
