Very good location. Comparatively simple process of getting keys. Communication with the host went smoothly. 15 minutes by walk from the border crossing.

Very spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Although there's a main road in front, it's extremely quiet in the apartment (9th floor). I really suggest it to people who look for a quiet place. Huge grocery store is across the street.

Location is not ideal but you can get to the center in 25-30 minutes of walking. The hosts take care of some welcoming gifts - a bottle of cold water, some cookies and candy. And some noodle porridge if you ran in trouble of not having what to eat.

Avers House bevindt zich in Narva. Er is privéparkeren beschikbaar op het terrein en gratis WiFi. We met the host in person. Helpful & nice lady. She runs an interior design shop next door. This apt is very close to the border crossing to Russia. 2 min walk to the river with a nice promenade. This apt gives you the feel of living with the locals. It is on the ground floor w a private entrance. Bedroom & kitchen windows have view of car park. You do hear noise and the host provides earplugs but we did not use them. Nice to have a washing machine and a kitchen.
