It is very clean and the beds are comfortable as. The staff are amazing drove us to the airport and back to collect a lost bag the day after we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here on the elephantine island

I traveled alone and there weren't many guests there, but he made sure I enjoyed my time. Restaurant on the site is very convenient and you can enjoy your food in a private terrace. I ended up spending a lot of time on that terrace, just relaxing.

Doha was great to arrange breakfast, provide travel info, arrange a private boat to St Simeon Monastery and also a breakfast box for the early morning tour. Great Nile river view and very quiet in the middle of the river on the island. It was convenient to go anywhere in Aswan. The Nubian museum is 15 min walk, the Isis Philae temple is 20 min by car/Tukutuku.

The view of the Nile from the property and from the balcony we had in our room was fantastic. The Island is Very quiet and the ferry travel to get to the place added a nice touch. We asked the guesthouse to meet us at the ferry point and they helped us to find the place and carry the luggage on the way back. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Ramada is a very good host, he is very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and big. He arrange the night show and morning visit in Abu simbel temple, also give suggestion when back to Aswan. He also be our driver drive us back to Aswan, very very nice. Highly recommend this place, and for sure with stay longer next time.

The location is near the Nubian Museum, and we can have a great view of the city and the Nile River. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially, we would like to thank the manager, Mariam and the receptionist, Carlos. They made their best efforts to provide excellent service for the guests, and we really appreciate their great service. The breakfast in the executive club is limited but good enough. They also provided a breakfast box when we left early morning. The hotel provided a free sunset boat trip. It's a big boat with an air conditioner. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Nile River. The drlink is not free, but reasonable price.

We came without anything planned and booked nothing beforehand. Amira helped us with the itinerary and booked almost everything for us. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The hospitality is top notch. Amira is the plug! I will come book again when I come back.
