My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to stay here again.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Really great stay. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Our room was unfortunately unavailable but Michael and Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated. Fresh fruits and decorated room with flowers and all. The pictures are a true likeness of the room. We needed cash in the morning and Islam at the front desk walked me out for 20mins to find one and made sure we were crossing the street safely. Ensured we were being charged the correct fares for cabs and getting to the right places. Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend and we’ll definitely stay here when we come back again.

What truly stood out was his thoughtfulness—he even upgraded our rooms, which was such a generous gesture and made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely—friendly, attentive, and always greeting us with a smile. You can tell that customer service is a real priority here, and it made a big difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to come across a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction.
