The place was extremely clean honestly much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in before. The staff were incredible, very professional, friendly, and always helpful. This is without a doubt the best place have ever stayed in Egypt. Munir residence truly feels like my place now. I can't even describe how good the experience was, and sincerely hope they keep everything exactly the same. I travel a lot, and I've finally found the place will always stay whenever I'm in Egypt. A big thank you to the resident staff they were amazing and very supportive throughout my stay.

The staffmembers were always ready to help. 24/7 available and super friendly. Every morning we received a text message asking how we were doing and if they could be of service with anything. 10/10 would recommend to others. The locations had a small supermarket next door and just two streets away is a large modern mall with a carrefour, clothing stores and many restaurant options.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Atouta! The location is perfect situated right in the heart of everything, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The villa itself is a tranquil oasis, offering a high level of privacy and beautifully designed interiors. The decor is both elegant and welcoming, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Dina, Yasmine, Mustafa, Abdullah, and Zayef were all incredibly warm-hearted and attentive. They were always there to help, whether it was recommending the best local restaurants or assisting with any requests at any time of day. Their dedication truly elevated the entire experience.

Really great stay. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. Our room was unfortunately unavailable but Michael and Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated. Fresh fruits and decorated room with flowers and all. The pictures are a true likeness of the room. We needed cash in the morning and Islam at the front desk walked me out for 20mins to find one and made sure we were crossing the street safely. Ensured we were being charged the correct fares for cabs and getting to the right places. Islam went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Definitely recommend and we’ll definitely stay here when we come back again.
