The studio was clean, well-equipped with all essentials, and the location was excellent—close to shops, Mazaar Mall, Arkan, and Mall 88 (around 10 minutes away).

I would especially like to highlight the service — the staff were very attentive and responsive. Special thanks for Ahmed who meet us in arrival day. Upon request, they promptly brought a heater, which was greatly appreciated and showed real care for guests’ comfort. Great location, calm atmosphere, and a feeling that the hosts truly care about their guests. I would be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend these apartments.

The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, we felt very safe and welcome here. The pool was Beautifully refreshing and pool towels were available. Pyramids Gardens 37 H, 5th Floor is recently renovated and includes a living room with a flat-screen TV. The apartment itself is nice and cosy, with large, comfortable beds. The host was also very responsive and quick to engage, which we appreciated.
