A lovely bright clean nicely decorated apartment. Had all the essentials: fridge, microwave, hob, cutlery, ware and had a good hd smart tv. The location of the apartment could not have been better: 24 minutes walk from the Old Town, 7 minutes walk to the Guggenheim. 3 Supermarkets within 5 mins walk of the apartment. Its a quiet location compared to other areas, so no major noise at night either. The host was amazing: pinging us most mornings to see if we needed towels/sheets changed and checking to see if everything was still ok for us. Also, there was water, tea/coffee and a bottle of local cider there for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend Inside Bilbao Apartments to anyone. Top marks.

Pudimos entrar un poco antes de lo habitual. Estaba muy limpio, nuevo y es muy fácil de aparcar el coche. Está céntrico. Todo perfecto. Incluso me han dejado salir un poco más tarde.

Our stay at RD Apartment Collection was nothing short of excellent. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for preparing a great breakfast in the morning. The check-in and check-out went very smooth as we were contacted on WhatsApp with clear instructions on how to get the keys and enter the apartment. The location was also great as it was close enough to reach the city center by foot in 10-15 minutes. There was a street parking and an underground parking nearby which was nice given that we came by car. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if I am to return to Bilbao.

A charming small hotel with brand new rooms of high quality, very cozy and clean. This time we only had a short stay during our long journey through Spain and France but it would definitely be a perfect place for longer stays as well! The hosts were so very kind and friendly, going above and beyond in hospitality. They showed great flexibility in meal arrangements and taking care of our lost items. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

El apartamento cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas: Cercanía a la playa, al centro, al tren de cercanías y una buena cantidad de supermercados. El desayuno, que se sirve en una panadería cercana, está muy bien y el personal allí es muy amable. Además, tal como señalan los propietarios, el apartamento es también una inmersión cultural, con códigos QR que te proporcionan explicaciones o propuestas de actividades en la zona. Patxi estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros y dispuesto a ayudarnos en caso de necesidad, y esa empatía es un gran plus. Un sitio súper recomendable tanto por la calidad del apartamento como por la calidez de sus propietarios.

Service that goes above and beyond. Cozy rooms in a charming historic building. A well-kept and inviting garden. A lovely family offering warm hospitality. Excellent breakfast! Even when we arrived in the evening, exhausted after a long day on the Camino, the hostess helped us place an order from a Chinese restaurant, and there’s also the option to buy basic groceries for cooking if you have the energy. Just keep in mind that it’s about 2 km off the trail’s starting point, so plan your route accordingly. Highly recommended!
