The place is a gorgeous historical building, beautifully renovated, well designed, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, we slept so well! The staff is super friendly and so so helpful. All of our requests were heard and adresed. The location is amazing, we walked everywhere, only took the metro/bus when we needed to get out of Bilbao.
