The communication is great, you pick up your key and pay at the reception, everything is well taken care of. The place is a gorgeous historical building, beautifully renovated, well designed, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, we slept so well! The staff is super friendly and so so helpful. All of our requests were heard and adresed. The location is amazing, we walked everywhere, only took the metro/bus when we needed to get out of Bilbao.

Located in Alzo and with La Concha Promenade reachable within 31 km, Altzoko Ostatua provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. A charming small hotel with brand new rooms of high quality, very cozy and clean. This time we only had a short stay during our long journey through Spain and France but it would definitely be a perfect place for longer stays as well! The hosts were so very kind and friendly, going above and beyond in hospitality. They showed great flexibility in meal arrangements and taking care of our lost items. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, AISTA Landetxea is a recently renovated country house set in Campanchu, 34 km from Catedral de Santiago. This may have been the cleanest place I’ve ever been. Host was great. It is out of town and I am walking the Camino - but there is everything you need to make a simple dinner. And you can avoid the business of the city. Highly recommend!
