A recently renovated property, Apartment Malaussena - Reception 24&7 - Center Libération is located in Nice near Plage du Ruhl, Nice-Ville Train Station and Avenue Jean Medecin. When we arrived at Apartment Malaussena getting the keys was a seamless process, we went into the attached Hotel Monsigny and they straight away gave us our keys allowing us to check in early. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the strong ac with how hot it was outside. On check-out we were able to leave our bags in the attached hotel so we could keep exploring the city before our flight later in the day. The host Liza was amazing and willing to answer any question we had.
