Very close and easy walk to both abbeys. Clean and well equipped. Isabelle gave excellent and very clear instructions to enter and leave the property. I would recommend this accommodation highly and would stay again. It was very good value for money.

The check in was straightforward and the flat was really clean with a tasteful decoration. The rooms are really spacious! Love the fact that it was at a walking distance to the Train station and to the City centre when you know the shortcuts

Situated in Le Mans in the Pays de la Loire region, with Le Mans Train Station and Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans nearby, L'Arbre de Vy - T2 42m2 indépendant, 5 pers, garage, proche Gare... Very clean and modern apartment in a quiet area. Parking right by the apartment and access procedure was very simple. Coffee, tea, and chilled water provided. Towels clean and plentiful. Host had taken note of our booking details and set the accommodation up to sleep all five of us.

It’s well managed clean has everything you need. Excellent choice of games the children were very happy we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the facilities but am planning too in the future
