We had to make a very last minute resevation however the property was already very clean and ready. We had clear instructions by the owner and could get inside easliy. The street has free parking spots which we could leave our car after check out and walk to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and would deifnetly stay in this property if we ever go back to Le Mans.

We came to see the 24 hours of Le Mans and the location is the right compromise between distance to the circuit (if you have a car, it’s 40km), price and quality. The owner is very nice and always available if you need something.

Very close and easy walk to both abbeys. Clean and well equipped. Isabelle gave excellent and very clear instructions to enter and leave the property. I would recommend this accommodation highly and would stay again. It was very good value for money.

The interior is exceptional, the beds are comfortable and generally we enjoyed every minute of staying in the property. Very clean and modern apartment in a quiet area. Parking right by the apartment and access procedure was very simple. Coffee, tea, and chilled water provided. Towels clean and plentiful. Host had taken note of our booking details and set the accommodation up to sleep all five of us.
