When i arrived, the door code was not working. I called their contact number, and Monica was very fast to respond to the problem and quickly solved it. The place is phenomenal. It's super clear and super comfortable. It's very close to all the attractions of the city. I would recommend it over any 5 star hotel.

The host was very helpful and uncomplicated in terms of communication. They replied really fast, and my requests were met to the highest satisfaction. The place was also very reasonable in terms of the facilities- everything you need as a short-term guest as myself was there. I stayed at a double bed deluxe room. I forgot to bring my travel plug for the UK, but in the room there were options to charge via USB 2.0, and even USB-C. I also really liked that there were no physical key, but they send you individual doorlock code personally, so it felt very safe and efficient. The location was superb, very central and can travel to all landmarks easily. There is a big mall right next to the accommodation, which is also very handy. Overall, I loved the execution, and the whole experience was smooth. I also liked that there is no personal contact for arranging things, but that could just be me. Highly recommend!!! I will be staying here again when I come to London.

Nalaze se na višim katovima tako da se pruža lijep pogled na grad. Omjer cijene i kvalitete je odličan, a smještaj za svaku preporuku.
