Early check-in was very appreciated, as well as the possibility to leave our luggage 24/7. Access to the spa was also a nice bonus.

It’s quite rare to not have a single tiny complaint across 5 days of stay. The location was in a central neighborhood, safe, but quiet at night, and near a Tesco Express and the Russell Square PIC line stop. Communication and the check-in procedure were hassle free. Excellent response times and thorough instructions, always. The apartment was clean, extremely well-equipped, and the building interior is modern as well. Every person working there is a professional, and the whole operation is well thought of. I’d definitely recommend this residence to anyone who visits London and wants to keep everything at arms reach.

The location is incredibly convenient, with the Elizabeth Line underground station just a short walk away, which made transportation around the city a breeze. There are also plenty of nearby stores for essentials and restaurants serving authentic English food, which was a great bonus. Beyond the excellent location, the hotel offers fantastic amenities, including a coffee machine, refrigerator, and even a washer and dryer for guest use. The rule of quiet hours after 10:00 PM ensures a peaceful environment, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hosts were attentive, checking in to see if I needed anything or if my stay was going well. Highly recommended!
