I loved the beautiful sea view and the friendly, helpful staff. The place has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The building in which the hotel is located is situated near the beach, I had a very beautiful view on the city and sea from room. The room was on a high floor. Unfortunately I stayed only one night. I had private parking for the car. The staff was very kind and helpful. The price for the value was very good.

The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and all the main attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, or even better in person.

Boasting a shared lounge, bar and views of city, Batumi High floor is situated in Batumi, 200 metres from Batumi Beach. Simply the best view that I’ve ever had in my life! Feeling like being in the sky and seeing everything on the ground! The breakfast was also tasty thanks to the head chef but you need to remember to make it earlier to the lounge since during the high season and during the rush hour it might overload. We would make it there by 8-8:30 and could always eat in peace and enjoy. Special thanks to the manger whose office is near by(just a few rooms away from each side) and he’s always available to help you. Staying here made our honeymoon memorable. If I ever come back to batumi I’m gonna definitely make it there.
