Spick and span room, Very friendly host, always treating you part of their house and greeting everytime you go out and come. I had my own private space and the bed was very comfortable. Is in the excellent location, just 4 mins walk you reach the center of Kutaisi. There are lot of restaurants, supermarket right across the street . They also prepare breakfast for you if you tell them in advance it's made with so much love. They let you take the extra food inside your room too. I had a wonderful stay, felt home away from home

Very nicely furnished and clean apartment, but from outside you would not believe it. George the owner welcomed us with wine. He was so nice and made us feel like visit a friend, although we have to communicate through google translate. Everything needed for a short stay was provided. Excellent value.
