He welcomed us with great care and even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift the first day. He is very helpful and reassuring if you need any facilities or help. The property itself definitely went beyond my expectations. There are 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and both floors have their own AC. There is a beautiful terrace, a clean and warm bathroom, cozy furniture, and a complete kitchen for yourself if you want to cook some meals indoors. We stayed 8 days and to be honest never had any problems. The neighborhood is quite calm and although there are some buildings that look old and damaged, the house itself is very new. It only requires a 15-20min walk to reach the main liberty square of Tbilisi and there are some supermarkets in the 5-10 minute range (called SPAR). We also rented a car and parked it outside in front of the house and there were no problems. P.S the view from the balcony is awesome!
