The management and staff deserve special praise. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout. From arranging complimentary ferry port transfers to even lending us a phone charger for the entire stay, every detail was handled with warmth and professionalism. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – and we’ll definitely be coming back!
