We liked the building that is new, the room is big and very clean with a huge balcony for your morning coffee (which, by the way, is Nespresso gifted by the property together with a goodie box on arrival). We also reached the location easily direclty from the airport with X95 bus and we walked to Sintagma square around 30 minutes. The wifi is fast and we enjoyed the Netflix on the Tv plasma from the room. The owners are very nice and they allowed us to check-in 3 hours in advance.

First of all, the lady hosting us was incredibly friendly, always making sure that we enjoy our stay, helping us with advices for what areas to visit, how to get there. She was absolutely lovely. The building is located very near to the center, but on a quiet street which was great for sleeping without noises from outside, it looked like recently renovated, the room was as nice as in the pictures, very clean, spacious, confortable, we had coffee and water bottles daily from our host and when we needed anything it was immediately provided. We totally enjoyed this accomodation and Athens.

I loved the amazing location, a very positive and helpful owner family, comfortable and classy room. The cleaning and linen were also very good. Will recommend it for families as well. I think it was reasonably sound proof as I was never disturbed by any noise, and had good sleep!

Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the morning.Or you can cook evrethink there. The location is also excellent—central and convenient, making it easy to explore Heraklion’s attractions, shops, and restaurants on foot. Overall, porta Suites is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Heraklion. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, all in a prime location. Very nice, spacious and clean hotel with helpful staff. It was close to the city center, but very quiet. We will definitely come back for more days.

It’s in the city centre, the room are spacious and very clean! I loved the design! Also the fact that is smartly arranged, efficiently divided, makes great use of the space. Big windows, a small charming balcony.
