Situated in Chalkida, 8.5 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos and 15 km from T.E.I. Chalkidas, Central offers a terrace and air conditioning. Location was perfect, in the city center and quiet at the same time. The host was very polite and friendly. A clean and tidy apartment. We had an issue with the bed. It wasn’t very stable, there was some problem with the slats. We informed the host the next day and he immediately brought a carpenter who fixed the problem. Something we really appreciated was that he also gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. A true professional. We will definitely choose this place again.

A recently renovated property, The LightShouse is situated in Chalkida near Kourenti Beach, Tennis Court and Agiou Nikolaou Square. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better! The attention to detail was impressive: fresh towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches like snacks, and even a welcome local drinks. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole place had a cozy, relaxing vibe that made it easy to feel at home. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we needed, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk or drive away. We truly had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Thank you, Nick, for making our trip so memorable!

Situated in Chalkida in the Evia region, Central Delight has a balcony and city views. It is set 8.5 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos and features a lift. Spacious, well-equipped apartment right in the center of town. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was exceptionally polite and helpful. Convenient parking nearby for just €5/day. Although there’s a bar in front of the balcony, it was closed during our stay, so the location was pleasantly quiet.
