The property was self catering but provided all the kitchen tools and utensils you could need to cook for yourself. The owner also went out of his way to help me when my laptop broke and helped me access my bank accounts by letting me borrow his personal laptop for a few minutes. The host and cleaners were also very helpful by providing local information and details about the property that helped me enjoy my stay more. Huge thanks all round.

Everything went well and our hostess was very friendly and helpful. As a little tip: at the end of the road, a couple of hundred meters away, there are "secret stairs" down to the sea, from where you can see a beautiful sunset.

The kitchen is small, but good enough for making simple meals. The view is amazing. We appreciated the water, juice, coffee, tea, honey, etc. It really is a great place to stay.

Perfect place to stay on patmos island. Everything was amazing, we felt excellent. Thomas the host was exceptional, he is very kind, friendly, always helpful, he made us feel at home. Him and his parents are amazing people. Can't describe how good our vacation was. 3 minutes walking distance to the beach, it's a quiet place, you have all the parking spots you want. The inner court is a wonderful garden with lots of trees and flowers. We talked to other guests and many of them were guests here before. Can't wait next year to come back!

Featuring garden views, Demati house provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1 km from Kambos Beach. The apartment is very beautiful and cozy. We had a very pleasant stay there, everything is a few minutes drive from the house. Alexandros was available to us for anything we needed and was fair to us who wanted to shorten our stay by a day due to the flight. It was very clean.

It was our second stay at Veranna hotel. Just like the first one, everything was just perfect. The room was very cosy, very clean and spacious with lots of amenities. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels are top quality and always fresh. The owner made us feel like home taking care all of our requests and we couldn't really ask for more. It is truly a boutique hotel, family owned, exceptionally designed and located at a quiet area just a few minutes away from Kampos, the most popular and well organised beach of the island. Overall, Veranna hotel is an accommodation that offers everything you are looking for during your holidays.
