The location is not too far from the center of Nikiti. Secondly, the host is very nice and friendly and eager to help in case you need something. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, microwave, electric stove in case you come with a one-two year old child.

The balcony view is stunning. The room size is ideal — we stayed as 2 people for a week in a triple room with a balcony view, and it was more than enough for us. For 3 adults, it might feel a bit small. The room is cleaned every day, which made us really happy. Angela is a wonderful host. <3

A good location for a relaxing stay in Nikiti, Oliva Suites is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. The property is spotless clean and tidy. Communication with the staff is exceptional. They messaged us before we arrived to inform us that our room is ready before the check in time. They very friendly and kind to help with the luggage that was to heavy to bring upstairs to our room. The room is spacious and exactly as you see in the pictures. Cleaning staff is friendly, happy and served with the big smile on their faces. Towels changed every day and sheets every four days. Floors wiped every day. Bathroom clean and tidy. Kitchenette has everything you wish for a nice vacation eating in if you are on a special diet. The big supermarket with stocked up shelves is located right behind the property and that’s a big plus. Anything you might need is just minutes away. Quiet neighborhood is a great place to sleep in or go to bed early. The beach is a walking distance and the promenade also. Overall, spot on!

The hotel is set in a fantastic and beautifully maintained garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests. The pool area was great for both relaxing and swimming. Breakfasts were fantastic—fresh, varied, and delicious. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back!

Friendly Owner, apartment was clean and had all amenities. Location is very good in a quite street and not far away from the city center and the beach. Free parking is easy to find at the street.
