We booked a King Suite, which has 2 levels and it was perfect for us with a toddler as we had the chance to sit inside and do other activities without disturbing. I like that it came equipped with 2 bathrooms and the small kitchenette had all the basic necessities. Parking is available and free on the street in front of the property! The view outside is ok as it’s within the village, but you still have a view towards the hills. The beach is in walking distance, maybe 5 minutes altogether. Very helpful and nice host.

They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

The room was so nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved all the outdoor balcony areas. Pool area was also wonderful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I could relax and enjoy Nikiti. Will definitely be staying here again if I return to Nikiti!

Sikia Village Houses fica em Sikia e oferece vista para a montanha, Wi-Fi grátis e estacionamento privativo grátis. The place is exactly like in the photos. Clean and organized. We had our towels changed twice in a 5day stay. The house has everything you may need. Easy parking as well. Having the bbq was an extra! The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. Totally worth the money
