Boasting a garden and views of garden, Villa Kalomira is an apartment set in a historic building in Spetses, 600 metres from Agios Mamas Beach. With city views, this accommodation provides a patio. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kalomira! The accommodation is set in a charming, traditional building with a lovely little church attached, just a 5-minute walk from the town center. Everything is beautifully maintained and decorated with so much attention to detail — you can really feel the love that has gone into this place. The whole family is involved in running the villa, and everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a fantastic room and especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its beautiful view. The breakfast was a real highlight: served in the peaceful courtyard, with fresh, homemade treats like jams, peanut butter, and so much more. We would absolutely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Kalomira to anyone visiting Spetses!

Centrally located, fully equipped with all kitchen stuff, televisions, spacious and comfortable, perfect for 3 adults. A bathroom and a w.c. and a quite back veranda. A large playroom with T.V. on the basement, which can also be used as a bedroom.

The location was great, only 10 minutes walk from the port. The house was spacious and clean with an amazing view from the two balconies. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
