Perfectly located in the best part of Sanur. Once you step in the property, it feels like a small resort. Lavish tropical gardens and a really nice pool area. Lots of staff to take care of all your needs and problems. Rooms are spacious and very convenient, designed for comfort. Separate kitchenette area, so no bar fridge noise at night. Huge bathroom and lots of room to unpack and store your clothes. Probably one of the biggest wardrobe I’ve come across in my travels. It is family run and cared for. That reflects on the attention to detail in maintenance, cleaning and customer care. I’m very happy that I stumbled upon Gunakaya Homestay after staying in large, noisy and tired resorts. It give me the comfort, quiet and enjoyable time I was looking for.

The villa is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool and equipped with every comfort you may need. The bathroom is incredible, featuring a huge bathtub and a spacious shower. The architecture is the highlight — a perfect Mediterranean-tropical style, very Instagrammable and truly beautiful. The villa is amazing with tall celings and a private pool. They have a well equipped kitchen so you can also cook anything. The location is close to Melasti beach that has 3-4 beach clubs but its 30 mins from other attractions in Uluwatu.
