We had the ground floor property, with outside seating area. The outside area is relaxing away from the hussle and bussle of Goa. The star is Krishna and makes the stay a pleasant experience. A very compentent individual. Always smiling and ready to interact for any requests. His cleaning is second to none, which we appreciated. Krishna was on call when we arrived, explained everything and made our stay comfortable. Lavino is contactable via phone for any issues. Lavino's mum is a lovely and pleasant lady. The family access the outside area but they do not interfere with enjoyment of your space, unlike other places, where they constantly snoop. Washing machine and outside drying space a bonus. The main beach area is accessible by walking, if you are into walking which we are! Most facilities such as restaurants, wine shops just on the doorstep. Would stay here again.

Myself my mum and my son stayed at the Casa Da Praia for a week in Nov. We checked in with Hardip at 2am. Communication from booking months ago, through to check out was excellent. Hardip and Sofia are lovely and we’re around at all times to offer advice on where to go, eat out etc. but you don’t really need to go far, the resort is a hidden oasis of beauty and calm in amongst Candolim, a busy village in North Goa. It’s a few minutes from the beach and less to the many restaurants. Hardip recommended Tereza Terrace, which was worth the taxi ride. The photos don’t do it justice, the rooms are of a high standard for the area, cleaned daily with AC, fans and drinkable water available. We spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool area which due to the trees has sheltered areas from the hot sun. The breakfasts are first class, they really do bed and breakfast very very well. Try the green jam on toast, we couldn’t get enough. My son loved the pancakes! A huge thank you for making our first week in India comfortable, a slice of luxury in Candolim.
