The apartment is spacious enough to accomodate 4 people and more than that. There is a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. The owners were so friendly and waited for us until late night to hand us over the key (since there is no reception). The kitchen is equipped with useful utensils and kitchen appliances. Overall our rating is 100/100.

One of my best stays in India, great price for private room. Very new property with good rooms, terraces, and rooftop. extremely warm hosts Rino, robin, and their mom Mini. They are just so welcoming and helpful, and genuinely interested in interacting with the guests. Don’t miss out on their amazing home cooked dinner spread (order the fish pollichathu cooked in banana leaf!!!!) and wonderful local breakfast too. Rino was also so kind to drive me on motorbike to eat dinner late on my night of arrival. I really felt like I was family in their beautiful home.

Shaan was a fantastic host with many great tips for enjoying Kochi. Our room was clean and comfortable and the Inn is an oasis of calm right in the centre of the town’s bustle. We’ll definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay. Clean place and very responsive host. Ideal for families. It is close to both Guruvayur temple and Mammiyoor temple.

The suites were spacious, with separate living and kitchen areas, vanity room provided for dressing, and a peaceful courtyard area where we enjoyed a few lovely breakfasts. The guesthouse’s great location also allowed us to explore the shops and sights of Fort Kochi on foot. Special mention goes to Naresh, the owner, who is an incredibly kind and compassionate man, even allowing us to stay in a vacant suite for a few hours after check-out when my partner fell ill. His understanding and willingness to accommodate really touched us and made a difference to our trip.

I’m not a fan of touristic places so I won’t remember the famous Varkala beach, heh. I will remember this amazing home, the dogs, the farm, Keegan (the host).
