Owner has a restaurant nearby and he provides the hot breakfast every morning. Power back up . Disney hot star etc available for free. One attached and one common washrooms .

I cant say anything bad. The owner is taking care of you more than yourself :) 🙏 rooms and dormitory are very clean, there is a roof top so I did yoga there it's very nice. He is very thoughtful and talkative so I felt like I am staying with my friend not like in the guest house..

One of my best stays in India, great price for private room. Very new property with good rooms, terraces, and rooftop. extremely warm hosts Rino, robin, and their mom Mini. They are just so welcoming and helpful, and genuinely interested in interacting with the guests. Don’t miss out on their amazing home cooked dinner spread (order the fish pollichathu cooked in banana leaf!!!!) and wonderful local breakfast too. Rino was also so kind to drive me on motorbike to eat dinner late on my night of arrival. I really felt like I was family in their beautiful home.

Highly, highly recommend the Barracks- our room was huge and clean and we actually ended up staying here two different times during our stay. The manager was really kind, accomodating, and made the most delicious elaborate breakfasts each time (a different spread each day). The barracks really felt like home during our trip in Kerala, and we would happily return!

Words cannot describe how much I loved this place. I was looking for a peaceful place where I could do my yoga and meditation practice, surrounded by nature and animals. I found paradise here. Keegan is the sweetest host, he brings such an incredible shining energy into the stay. He is always available to help and support for any need or question. The property is kept super clean, it's surrounded by nature and many animals dogs, chickens, a cat, goats, which make it even more magical. The big terrace at the top is so beautiful and great to do yoga/meditation/read/relax. I stayed for 2 weeks and I am looking forward to coming back to this wonderful place that feels like home. DOWN TOWN HOLIDAYS is set in Trivandrum, 700 metres from Napier Museum, 4.7 km from Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and less than 1 km from Kanakakunnu Palace. The property is well maintained. More than that the staff are so friendly. They felt like staying at my place with more comfortable. I would visit again and recommend to anyone. The place good for onam festival season
