The location is great walking distance from a lot of places but still not in the super touristy area, also very close to the ferry.

Located on a quiet alley in Fort Cochin this hotel is a new beautiful oasis. The facilities are great with a good breakfast included in a roof top room. There is a really cute lounge across from the breakfast room, a comfortable way to relax at the end of the day. The rooms aren't huge but large enough to feel very comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and I liked the rain shower from the ceiling and a shower curtain to keep the room dry. The hotel is walking distance to all Fort Cochin tourist sights. Shaan the owner is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our last morning I couldn't get Uber to work to get to the airport and Shaan helped us get a taxi. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cochin!

The lounging area was spacious and comfortable, and my partner & I very much enjoyed sitting at the top and waving to people on the way, watching everyday normal life unfold. Our favorite part was actually docking at a small village and walking through gorgeous, raw backwater life. The food was amazing as well, an authentic taste of Kerala cuisine. The staff was top notch and attentive. The room and the large bed was also amazingly comfortable- I was surprised at how luxurious a houseboat could feel! And what a splendid experience to draw the curtains in the morning and find yourself rocking in water.
