The owners were so friendly and waited for us until late night to hand us over the key (since there is no reception). The kitchen is equipped with useful utensils and kitchen appliances. Overall our rating is 100/100.

We felt right at home here. The family are so friendly, the breakfast is great and the boat trip was a highlight for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Apart from the activities they can arrange for you (we did the canoe tour and kayaking) they are also super helpful when it comes to recommending things to do in the area. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a well-equiped kitchen. It is very close to the Guruvayoor Temple, which made our visit extremely convenient. Overall, a great option for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the temple.

I am very happy with the facilities offered and with Bindu, the person who runs it. Bindu has been very very understanding of my needs and helpful. It felt very safe to stay there. For the price, the room was very good and the toilet/bathroom was very clean. It is possible to wash and dry your clothes, the food is very nice, and the atmosphere is very homely. I needed transportation from the airport at an odd hour. They arranged someone to pick me up which was a nice thing. On the whole, it felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The only thing I would like to mention is that the location is a bit away from public transport. But Uber is readily available. Plus, Bindu can arrange transport for you if you let her know in advance. Honestly, you can't expect more for the price they are offering - to get the same facilities in the city center, you will have to pay triple - I know because I actually took time to look at some of the cheaper places in the city just to get a feel of the options. Personally, I am so happy with the place and with the people that I would stay there even if they move to a different location.

I Kochi, 12 minutters gange fra Fort Kochi-stranden og 300 meter fra Kochi Biennale Foundation, ligger The Barracks Cochin, som tilbyr overnatting med gratis WiFi og sittehjørne. The bedroom is located in a beautiful colonial House. Comfortable and clean we really enjoyed staying there. 10 min walk from the harbour it was quiet. Breaksfast is stunning.

Staff was great, the houseboat and the rooms are clean and well organized with cozy areas to relax and enjoy the view, they provide 3 meals a day with snacks in between, view is amazing. Jose and Anthony were super helpful and also helped us book a taxi to the airport. They are all very hospitable, and they are focused on giving you the best experience possible. Highly recommended.
