The staff member Rohit was very nice. He carried our two heavy bags up to the 4th floor for us. He frequently checked if there were any other issues and rushed to resolve any issues. We had a spacious and comfortable room. The shared kitchen was also free to use, so it was a great environment for a long stay. However, the level of cleanliness of each guest was different, which was sometimes unpleasant, but the hard work of the staff more than made up for it. We stayed for 9 days and felt at home.
