The beach is two minutes away and the price includes a reserved umbrella + 2 sunbeds at the (awesome) beach. The coffee machine at the apartment made terrific coffee!

Situated in Cavallino-Treporti, Kya Venice and Beach House: Venezia, mare e laguna features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Ponte Sappioni. Ours was on the first floor, overlooking part of the pool. The amenities were perfect. Everything you need was there. The air conditioning is invaluable, as during our visit—mid-August—it was over 30°C, which didn't really cool down at night. We cooled off sometimes by the pool, or rather, by cycling to Fabiola Beach. We had our bikes with us and locked them in the parking lot. We were able to use them as we pleased, taking trips to Fabiola Beach and Lido Piccolo (you can spot flamingos there in the morning), and enjoying a delicious breakfast (croissant and cappuccino) at Cafe da Neni in Treporti. It was a 10-minute walk to the Il Doge pier, where we took the Wednesday boat tour of Venice by night—reserve in advance. A 10-minute walk in the other direction, you can rent a kayak from Laguna Kayak (reserved in advance via the website).
