Vicolo Fiore Affittacamere II ligger i Matera, 8 minutters gange fra Palombaro Lungo og 700 meter fra San Pietro Caveoso-kirken. This is an excellent B&B accommodation with a very cosy and clean private room and bathroom in a block of flats very near to the center of Matera and Sassi area. It was easy to arrive and to park the car in the nearby parking garage. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and received lots of helpful information from the reception.

Everything was simply perfect — I would love to stay here again!

But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! The property was immaculate and in a great position we were able to walk to everything . Sergio was very helpful with recommending what to do and providing information on the area .

Facilities linen bathrooms kitchen and living space exceeded my expectations. Host was very kind and even helped us with recommnedations and reservations at some really memorable restaurants. I would love to go back and stay at this beautiful Sassy house. Ic ouldve easily spent another 2 days at this place. We were here for 2 nights.

Upon arrival she greeted us at the entrance and She took us on a tour of the entire house and explained everything patiently. She responded to our queries promptly. Kitchen facilities were really good. Supermarket is very near. Walkable distance from property to important places. Washing machine was functioning and comfortably dried our clothes. Free street parking was available. Everything was good.

The owner took care for us and waited outside till we arrived, she guided us exactly how to arrive and park, it is like 5 stars hotel
