This is one of the few properties in the close vicinity of the old town that offers affordable gated private parking, which puts it in front of the other properties in the area, if you're arriving by car. If we ever come back to Bologna this will be our first pick for sure.

The parking was only a five minute walk from the apartment and you can drop your luggage at the apartment before parking your car. Dining options are plentiful and only a short walk away.

Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend
