The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a beautiful location just a short walk from the sea. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. One funny detail: there’s a karaoke bar downstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper, earplugs are a good idea – but it adds a charming touch to the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the area. 🤍

We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

We stayed in the Amelia suite. The apartment was perfect size for 2 people. We had a double bed and a sofa, the apartment had literally everything. Very clean and obviously still fresh. Stylish and bright. TVs in the living room and bedroom were big. There was even a small walk-in wardrobe.

Sant'Eufemia 30 ligger i Modena, 13 minutters gange fra Modena stasjon og 600 meter fra Modena teater, og har gratis WiFi og utsikt mot byen. Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend
