I think that out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in these last few years — and there have been a few — this was the one that surprised me most positively; it really exceeded my expectations. I think it’s the first time I’ve felt that the photos don't quite show what you actually find when you arrive at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati. The team is incredibly kind and available, super polite. The room (which, thanks to an upgrade we loved, ended up being a fantastic apartment) was exceptional in every way. The location and the view are breathtaking! The building is historic and gorgeous. Everything was wonderful. I just have to thank the team for the fantastic stay they provided us with.

We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

It’s a nice, well-equipped flat on good location. Wifi worked perfectly. Typical Italian beakfast was included and provided by the bar atvthe bottom of the house. Great communication with Sabrina, all went perfectly.

Sant'Eufemia 30 ligger i Modena, 13 minutters gange fra Modena stasjon og 600 meter fra Modena teater, og har gratis WiFi og utsikt mot byen. It was in a perfect location. Staff went over the top in terms of keeping in touch with us. (There had been a delay of one day for arrival, due to rail stoppage of one day. ) Beautifully decorated with extremely beautiful bedding. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot.
