The host was really friendly, organized and helpful. They planned everything in advance, and gave us a run down of the things to visit, restaurants, etc. The place was nice and clean, with functional facilities and air conditioning.

El Residence Leopoldo se encuentra en el norte de Florencia, a 100 metros de la parada de tranvía T1, que comunica con la estación de tren de Santa Maria Novella. Really good apartment for a family. Had all the amenities needed. The tram station was a stone throw away. There were minimarts and restaurants around. The place was only 15mins tram ride from central station. Away from all the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close to everything when you need it. The staff at reception was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Will recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence!

On our 10 day trip to Italy, Silvia was the most generous and accommodating host we've had. (All of our hosts were great, but Silvia really went above and beyond and was such a life saver). Silvia had consistent open communication with us and enthusiastically greeted us upon arrival. The property itself, (we had the Bianca room) is set up in a way that you could easily stay for a month, very comfortably. It is also very conveniently located near the T2 23 bus stop, which will take you right to the major attractions. The restaurant across the street was also very friendly and had delicious sandwiches and lasagna. The space was large and laid out nicely with a washer and a nice balcony terrace. I can't even think of something to nitpick, maybe just that there are stairs to get up to the room? Silvia really saved our trip by being flexible with check-in/check-out times, helping us reserve a taxi, and making sure that we had everything we need for a comfortable stay and that we were able to rush and make it on time for our train to Naples. She even left us an extra bottle of water in the fridge, as she knew we were struggling on our trek to get back on time. Please do not have any hesitations about booking this stay.
