La Casa di Pepe well exceeded our expectations. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with wonderful high ceilings, tastefully furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent - next to a bus stop, with a supermarket, greengrocers and cafe in the same building with another greengrocers and a bakery just across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. And the host Simona was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was happy to be contacted throughout our stay - she gave us valuable advice how to reach the local attractions and where to eat, even booked a restaurant for us. I can't praise her high enough!

Agriturismo Uliveto Bartolomeo, ubicado en Sestri Levante, a 2,3 km de Playa Rena y a 11 km de Casa Carbone, ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, un jardín y un bar. We appreciated the safe and tranquil environment. The bed was very comfortable, our room very clean with everything we needed including a clothesdrying rack and clothespins. Simone and his mother always greeted us with a welcoming smile and were ready to help out in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious, excellent cappuccino, fresh fruit and an amazing choice of pastries and homemade cakes , served on the terrace. Our memories of this lovely spot will be one of the highlights of our visit to Italy. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality!

Excelente ubicación y visuales, Edificio antiguo restaurado con buenos detalles, todo a nuevo, Estacionamiento en la propiedad muy cómodo, baño excelente. En nuestro caso monoambiente cómodo para una pareja.

Villa Livia - L'Opera Group queda aproximadamente a 9 minutos a pie de Castello San Giorgio y ofrece alojamiento con vista al jardín, balcón y pava. We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.
