Absolutely amazing and helpful host. Many unexpected and appreciated amenities were provided which enhanced our stay! Finding parking was a little challenging, but eventually we did. Host came out to greet us and helped us carry our luggage up the 10 stairs to the apartment. Was available when we checked out as well to do the same. Would definitely recommend and stay again. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. La Casa di Pepe well exceeded our expectations. It is a clean, bright and spacious apartment with wonderful high ceilings, tastefully furnished and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent - next to a bus stop, with a supermarket, greengrocers and cafe in the same building with another greengrocers and a bakery just across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. And the host Simona was absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was there to greet us when we arrived and was happy to be contacted throughout our stay - she gave us valuable advice how to reach the local attractions and where to eat, even booked a restaurant for us. I can't praise her high enough!

The location in La Spezia is perfect, just right next the main street, the supermarket is steps away, 10-15 minutes walking to the train station and less to the marina. A very ample apartment, cozy and clean, beds where amazing, and not too noisy. There is a weird smell outside in the hallways of the building but you cannot feel it in the apartment.

We appreciated the safe and tranquil environment. The bed was very comfortable, our room very clean with everything we needed including a clothesdrying rack and clothespins. Simone and his mother always greeted us with a welcoming smile and were ready to help out in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious, excellent cappuccino, fresh fruit and an amazing choice of pastries and homemade cakes , served on the terrace. Our memories of this lovely spot will be one of the highlights of our visit to Italy. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality!

Very clean, freshly renovated spacious apartment in a nice house. Close to the beach and literary at the entrance to the Lungomare Europa which is gorgeous. The bedding, sheets, towels, mattress, all was very clean and comfortable, sofa-bed as well. The town is cute and vibrant. There is an option for parking but we easily found a free street parking spot next to the house.
