Excellent staff - professional, responsive with questions before arrival. Friendly and welcoming on arrival…. Assisted with local directions and information. Beautifully presented reception. Easy onsite parking. Lift accessible. Room was also very well presented, high ceilings, spacious, large bathroom. Great breakfast, buffet and chef on site. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop and crockery. Soundproofed room, large windows, electronic and secure access. Good location. We both loved the property and our stay .

Perfect location, free parking, spacious room and very well equipped. Good value for money! We could check-in early, we loved the spacious apartment with the balcony and spent one evening in the pool after exploring the old town :)

Nice location, quite area, very close to the Duomo. The location was well explained by Daniel, Comfortable, nice well equipped Kitchen. Couldn't find the remote, but a person came immediately to find it, needed tea bags it was also delivered. Marta at the location office was very kind and ready to help In storing our bags after check out as we had a late evening flight. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. Would love to come back to Milan retreats.
