The Hostess Sonila was wonderful........ As it was raining when we arrived and we arrived earlier than the check in time, she came personally to welcome us and to make sure we were comfortable. She explained everything, also explained on the local map, places of interest and places where to eat. In the shared kitchen there are cereals, a very good bean to cup coffee machine, teas and everything for breakfast, as well as milk, water, croissants, jam and crackers in our room. Very hospitable, very friendly and always at the other end of the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was spotless. A really good place to stay.

It it located on the 5th floor of a charming building - to me it looks like rooms converted from what used to be a lovely big apartment. The building has a grand spiral staircase at the main entrance. This spiral staircase lead all the way up…but not to worry, there is an escalator that will take you up! It is so different from the usual commercially run hotels. We feel like we are living in a lovely apartment unit in the heart of Milan. The whole place has a homey feel - so warm, cosy and inviting. The owners - Fabio and his wife, Imma, a lovely young couple, run the place and are friendly and helpful. To top it off, the metro station is located right close by…a couple of minutes walk. We are so happy that we stayed here!
