House and rooms are very well renovated and decorated. Bed in comfy! The place is quiet.

This is the most historical and coolest place I have ever stayed. I’ve read more about it since staying there. It is really something magnificent. It inspired Richard Wagner compositions and housed the King of Sweden on a visit. It’s an incredible property. The facilities are great. There’s a huge room a lovely modern bathroom a sitting area like a dining room room and a kitchenette. At least that’s what was in my apartment. It’s all anyone needs for an incredible stay. The communication and welcoming was perfecto. You can walk to a really authentic part of Palermo. The parking is wonderful. Right in the side of the building. Very safe. Needless-to-say, I fully recommend it. And ai have a thousand photos to prove how wonderful it is.

This was a lovely apartment, in a quiet area of Ortigia but also only 1 minute from the sea. The apartment was extremely clean and well thought out, design and appliance wise. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location, 5 minutes' walk to restaurants and the shopping streets but also very quiet. The sea was 50m away and it was lovely walking along the promenade in the early morning. Lidia and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, though a small choice, was perfectly adequate and it was lovely siting outside in the courtyard having your coffee in the morning. Ortigia itself, is a lovely town with some great restaurants, upmarket shops and lots of history. I highly recommend Xenia Apartments and Suites and would definitely stay there again.
