I like a softer bed and many are on the harder side in Japan, the beds were perfect and cozy after a day of riding the Shimanami. Right on route for the bike ride, be there for sunset as beautiful views from the room or beach directly across the road. Thank you!

Not sure if this was a ryokan, but comfortable stay regardless. Location is a bit off the main road and up a hill. Close to Ōyamazumi Shrine and the main shopping street. Host very friendly and accommodating. This is an older house, and the rooms aren't soundproof. You're able to hear other guests talking in the common area downstairs. But it didn't bother me, and I was still able to go to bed early. The sounds just felt like being in a house with family. Washer and dryer are free to use.

The host was so friendly and accommodating. we wished we had stayed here for more than a day. The kids were so attracted to the Atari TV game console and it brought back such fond memories for us. House was super clean and modern, and well equipped. we loved the comfort of sleeping on plush futons in the tatami bedrooms. Unit was only 3 minutes from a huge super mart. Highly recommended.

Remi and Toyo really looked after us so well we had a really lovely time. The traditional house is so beautiful and the futons comfy and warm. Overall a great stay!

House was in a good location close to restaurants and supermarkets. About a 7 minute walk to train station. Everything was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. It was well equipped. Communication was very good with host and instructions for gaining key access were easy to follow.
