Beautiful traditional Japanese house in the traditional street of Miyajima, close to everything by walking like Temples, restaurants, shopping etc.. The host is lovely and so kind. Our stay was amazing.

It's very comfortable and has great laundry facilities in the apartment (but seperate from the living/sleeping area). It's located right near the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. It also has a tram stop a few minutes walk away. The centre of the city is a few minutes walk the other side of the Peace Park. Oddly, for an unmanned hotel, we can give the staff top marks. The one staff member we ran into onsite was great and also helped us out of a bit of a jam. Also, as it is unmanned, a lot of thought has gone into anticipating the needs of clients. As a result, everything we needed was provided for.

Everything was meticulously maintained, and the beautiful internal garden added to the serene atmosphere. The owner was very kind, providing tea, breakfast essentials for the next morning, and a map with nearby restaurant recommendations.

The location is superb, on a street right behind the Tori and temple, so we were able to take photos in the evening and early morning when all the crowds were gone. The house has a lot of space and 2 toilets. It is very comfortable. We stayed only 1 night but this would be a perfect place to spend a long period of time. Also good for a family or group. I would definitely go back.
